Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of communication and learning environment on learning achievement of mathematics of class VII students of SMP Angkasa Kupang academic year 2016/2017. The population of this study is all student of class VII SMP Angkasa Kota Kupang which amounted to 45 people and the sample is saturated sampling where all students of class VII SMP Angkasa Kota Kupang are sampled. The type of research is quantitative research with multiple regression analysis technique. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and mathematich achievement tests. Data analysis was done by using SPSS 22.0 for windows program. From result of SPSS output 22 windows for, based on test of normalitas, linearity, and multikolinearitas, communication and learning environment have influence to learning achievement of mathematics. In this multiple regression analysis, communication and learning environment have to learning achievement of mathematics, and obtained by equation of regression Y = -3.014 + 0.581X1 + 0.641X2 and Fcount = 29.803 ˃ Ftable = 3.23 then, a push H0, it means that, there are the influence between communication and learning environment to learning achievement of mathematics of class VII students of SMP Angkasa Kupang. Based on the result output of SPSS 22 for windows, test of F communication and learning environment have influence to learning achievement of mathematics, and by test of t, communication and learning environment also have influence to learning achievement of mathematics. Based on the result of the research, the researcher concludes that there is partially significant influence of communication on the learning achievement of class VII students SMP Angkasa Kota Kupang academic year 2016/2017, there is a partially significant influence of learning environment on learning achievement of mathematics of class VII students SMP Angkasa Kota Kupang academic year 2016/2017, there is a simultaneous significant influence of communication and learning environment on learning achievement of mathematics of class VII students of SMP Angkasa Kupang academic year 2016/2017.
