Abstract

This research has purpose to determine the effect of the cooperative learning model type Time Token Statistics on the subject of Class VIII SMPN I Kupang academic year 2017/2018. The sample in this study are the students of Class VIII I SMPN I Kupang, totaling 32 people The data that the writer used in this study are pretest and posttest value data from the experimental class with the time token type co-operative typeb model. The data obtained is analyzed with SPSS Version 22.0. Prior to the hypothesis test, a prerequisite test is tested for normality for pre-test data and posttest data. Asymp.Sig receives the value from the analysis results for pretest data. (2-tailed) = 0.099> 0.05 and drawing = 0.142 <Dtabel = 0.244 then H0 is accepted and it is concluded that the data are normally distributed. While the data received Asymp.Sig posttest value. (2-tailed) = 0.166> 0.05 and draft = 0.132 <Dtabel = 0.244, then H0 is accepted and it is concluded that the data is normally distributed. Hypothesis test with paired random tests, after analysis of the values determined by Asymp.Sig. (2 - tailed) = 0,000 < 0,05 and Thung = 33,211 <Ttabel = 2,039 then H0 is rejected. It is concluded that the co-operative learning model of the type token has a very significant impact on the learning outcomes of secondary school students. The results of this research show that the model of the cooperative learning type Time Token has an influence on the learning success in mathematics. Therefore, the authors recommend that teachers use the co-operative learning model Time Token model for the learning process in accordance with the material being taught.
