Abstract

Smartphone is one of the most advanced technology, the preferred by many people because it help the users can obtain a lot of information. But the government sub Nefonaek also not use this technology, which is demonstrated in the provision of information to the public is still made with the announcement, in places of worship such as churches, mosques and other public places. Therefore, the information is not up to the rest of society. Sometimes, that people who receive for the activity to be forgotten information, so if they want to get it again, people do not know how to get them back. To answer these problems, it is necessary to develop the provision of information that uses the smartphone as an information medium, through the Web application based on Android Launcher. Process system development used is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Phase planning, analysis, design, implementation, testing, and management system. Software support Wake application in the design is Android Studio, Macromedia Dreamweaver MX, and Xampp Server. Based research results can be cocluded that with this application information to convey to the public, and help the public easier access to at all times the government sub Nefonaek information. In addition, people can also leave a comment in the form of suggestions / feedback to the Government Sub Nefonaek.
