Abstract

Horse is an icon of Sumba regency. It is not only use for custom but also for pacu which is very popular at Sumba’s society circle. Ranch area constitutes as an essential in economics sector at East Sumba regency . In addition, East Sumba society is still depend their life of ranch sector. However the disease is that attack horse breed and also less science knowledge disease that attack horse breed it will be hard with 8 vets and 6 extension agents to give consellings with total 8.051 cattlemen of 22 districs. In system makes this study expert to diagnose breed disease rides on horseback by foward chaining method. This system will form to utilize Adobe Dreamweaver application by PHP programming language and MySQL database. On this expert system cattlemen will purpose question by system that ranges Phenomenon as thread of checks. After answering question, system issues diagnosis information as type of disease, disease phenomena, solution, and cure way. This system can help veterinary and extention agent in giving photological counselling horse livestock and also its handling breeder. It also gives information for society in the form of diseases which often attack horse livestock and the way of its handling.
