Abstract

Process skills approach is an approach that can idealize learning in schools. Process Skills Approach (PKP) is not an instructional actions that are beyond the ability of learners, PKP precisely intended to develop the abilities possessed by learners. Process Skills Approach (PFM) can be said to be a land of discovery and development of facts, concepts and knowledge developed by the learners themselves to support the process skills in self-learners who will eventually develop the attitudes and values of scientists on self-learners. The issues raised in this study were (1) How does a teacher's ability in managing the physics learning by applying skills approach the subject matter of heat on the learner class X SMA PGRI Accredited Private Kota Kupang the academic year 2015/2016? (2) How completeness indicator learning outcomes of students to apply the skills approach the subject matter of heat on the learner class X SMA PGRI Accredited Private Kota Kupang the academic year 2015/2016? (3) How mastery learning outcomes of students to apply the skills approach the subject matter of heat on the learner class X SMA PGRI Accredited Private Kota Kupang the academic year 2015/2016? (4) How is the response of students to the learning process by applying the skills approach the subject matter of heat on the learner class X SMA PGRI Accredited Private Kota Kupang the academic year 2015/2016? Based on the formula above problems, the research objectives to be achieved is to determine (1) the ability of teachers in managing the physics learning by applying skills approach the subject matter of heat on the learner class X SMA Accredited Private PGRI Kota Kupang the academic year 2015/2016. (2) Complete indicator learning outcomes of students by applying the skills approach the subject matter of process heat learner class X SMA PGRI Accredited Private Kota Kupang the academic year 2015 / 2016. (3) Complete the study of students with the skills to apply heat to the subject matter students of class X SMA PGRI Accredited Private Kota Kupang the academic year 2015 / 2016. (4) the response of students to the learning process by applying the skills approach the subject matter of heat on the learner class X SMA PGRI Kota Kupang Accredited Private school year 2015/2016. This research is descriptive research, where this study was conducted to describe or explain in a systematic, factual and accurate about the facts and the specific nature of the subject. Subjects in this study were teachers (researchers) and students of Class X Accredited Private SMA PGRI Kota Kupang the 2015/2016 academic year, totaling 26 people. Data collection techniques used in this study is the observation, testing, and questionnaires. Digunaakan instrument in this study was the observation sheet pengelolahan learning by applying skills approach the subject matter of the Heat, Test Sheet Learning Outcomes and stuffing respondents. Data analysis techniques used in this research is descriptive analysis techniques to calculate the scores for the ability of teachers, the proportion of IHB and THB, and the percentage of responses learners. Based on the analysis, found that: The ability Teachers in Managing Learning Indicators Learning Outcomes (product, process, affective and psychomotor), Test Results Learning (product, process, affective and psychomotor), and the Responses of Students of the implementation of learning by applying skills approach the subject matter of heat learners class x is optimal.
