Abstract

Determination supervisor and examiner at the Catholic University of Widya Mandira Kupang Informatics Engineering is still less than the maximum can be classified asin the determination process is still manual. This affects in terms of time. Application of Decision Support Systems (DSS) used to be an alternative to support decision-making selection of candidates and examiners supervisor using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). SAW method is a method used to find a weighted summation of rating the performance of each alternative on all attributes. SAW method requires the decision matrix normalization process (X) to a scale that can be compared with all the existing alternative rating. The steps in designing a system that includes the analysis of the system in general and in detail by using a tool and a system flowchart Entity Relational Diagram (ERD), and make the design look and design using MySQL Database. This Software Development using PHP programming language. Applications on the system uses several criteria to determine prospective lecturers and examiners who excel: The level of education, Title Fungsional, Total Guidance and Expertise owned lecturer from the title taken by students, and then from each of the predetermined criteria given weight rating.
