Abstract

Emotional intelligence is one of the most important parts of the noteworthy and developed. As with learners in the learning stage. control against emotion, a learners can perform actions. Therefore, it is important for learners to learned emotional intelligence and even practiced. It is in the interest of learners and the learning success. Inkuri approach to social interactions is re-purposed learning that emphasizes critical thinking and analytical process to solve a problem with the guidance of a teacher. The teacher gave the question and the students were told to solve it with a particular procedure that is directed by the teacher. The problem examined in this study is whether there are significant effects of emotional intelligence against the learning outcomes by applying the approach to inkuiri power dynamic subject matter social interactions learners class XA even semester high school N 9 Kupang academic year 2015/2016? The problem specifically examined in this study are: (1) how the ability of teachers in managing learning by applying the approach to inkuiri power dynamic subject matter social interactions learners class XA high school N 9 Kupang academic year 2015/2016? (2) How the learning outcomes indicators ketuntasan learners by implementing approaches its subject matter inkuiri electric dynamic learners class XA even semester high school N 9 Kupang academic year 2015/2016? (3) how do learners study results finish by applying the approach to inkuiri power dynamic subject matter social interactions learners class XA even semester high school N 9 Kupang 20152016 school year? 4) How the influence of emotional intelligence against the results of learning physics by applying the approach to inkuiri power dynamic subject matter social interactions learners class XA even semester high school N 9 Kupang academic year 2015/2016? The goal in this research are (1) Describe the ability of teachers in managing learning by applying the approach to inkuiri power dynamic subject matter social interactions learners class XA high school N 9 Kupang academic year 2015/2016. (2) Describe the learning results indicators finish learners by implementing approaches its subject matter inkuiri electric dynamic learners class XA even semester high school N 9 Kupang academic year 2015/2016. (3) Describe the learning results finish learners by implementing inkuiri approaches its subject matter an electric dynamic social interactions learners class XA even semester high school N 9 Kupang 20152016 school year. (4) Describe the influence of emotional intelligence against the results of learning physics by applying the approach to inkuiri power dynamic subject matter social interactions learners class XA even semester high school N 9 Kupang academic year 2015/2016. (5) find out the influence of emotional intelligence against the learning outcomes learner class XA even semester high school N 9 Kupang academic year 2015/2016. This research included in this type of research descriptive and associative. The population in this research is the entire learners class X and sampel are learners class XA. Data collection techniques used are observation, tests and question form. The techniques used in taking the sample is random sampling. The instruments used in this research is observational learning management sheets, tests the results of the study and the now. The research design used was descriptive statistics and inferensial. Analytical techniques descriptive analyses performed with data and associative inferensial. The research results obtained after analyzed that by applying the approach of social interactions on the material inkuiri electric staple dynamic learners class XA semester even high school N 9 Kupang academic year 2015/2016 is achieved with good results and optimal and there are significant effects of emotional intelligence against the results of learning physics learners class XA even semester high school N 9 Kupang academic year 2015/2016. On analysis of descriptive, making every effort in managing teacher learning that includes three stages namely planing, implementation, and evaluation, the average values obtained for each of the stages was 3.88, 3.67, and 4.00. finish indicators of the results of the learning learners that includes indicators of the results of the study product with average value with 0.89 categories has been completed, the indicator of the results of the learning process of the obtained average value 1.00 with categories completely affective learning outcomes, indicators with the average value of 0.93 be in categories has been completed, and psychomotor learning outcome indicators 0.92 with categories completely. Finish the test results of the learning learners that includes test results learning products with average 0.94, test results of the learning process with the average value of 1.00, test results of the affective learning with average value of 0.93, and psychomotor learning outcomes tests with an average value of 0.92. The emotional intelligence of learners are on very strong to enough category with an average score of 81. Associative analysis on inferensial, the result obtained is the value of the correlation between emotional intelligence with the learning outcomes of 0.37. Determinasinya coefficient of 13.7%.Nilia and thiutng is greater than the value of tabel. Regresi equation is Y = 70,578 + 0, 238X
