Abstract
Cooperative learning Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) is one type of cooperative learning model using small groups with a total membership of each group of 4-5 students heterogeneously. Beginning with the express purpose of learning, delivery of material, group activities, quizzes and awards groups. The teacher presents a lesson, and then students work on their team to make sure that all team members have mastered the lesson. The main problem in this research is how Results Application of Cooperative Learning Model Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) Topic Fluid Static Students In Class XI IPA 3 SMAN 6 Semester Academic Year 2015/2016 Kupang? This type of research is descriptive. Subjects in this study were teachers and students of class XI IPA 3 SMAN. 6 Kupang 2015/2016 school year totaling 25 people. Techniques used in data collection are observation, tests and questionnaires. Learning device used in this study is the Instructional Materials Students, syllabus, lesson plans, Worksheet Students and louvers Test Learning Outcomes. While the instrument used in this study is the Observation Sheet Management Learning with cooperative learning model Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD), Test Results Learning (product, psychomotor and affective), Sheet Aspects (affective and psychomotor) and Spreadsheet Response Students , Data analysis technique of this research is descriptive analysis (calculating the average score, proportion and percentage). Based on the results of descriptive analysis shows that the teacher's ability to manage learning by implementing cooperative learning model Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) which includes lesson planning, implementation and evaluation of learning of learning is included in both categories. Cooperative skills learners include: being in charge, taking turns and sharing tasks, encourage participation, ask or answer actively listening to all that are in the average range ideal kefektivitas set. Indicators of learning outcomes (product, psychomotor and affective) prepared largely completed. The study of students (product, psychomotor and affective) prepared largely completed. Based on the above, it was revealed that the implementation of cooperative learning model Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD), the subject matter of a static fluid is applied to both the students of class XI IPA 3 SMA N. 6 Kupang in the academic year 2015/2016.
