Abstract

Learning style is the way or method used learners in obtaining the information, organize and manage information obtained in order to survive in his mind Process skills approach is an approach in the learning process that emphasizes the activity and kreatifitasyang obtained from the exercise of mental ability, physical, and social and sourced from mendasaryang capabilities already exist in learners a higher level in the acquisition process of learning. The main problem in this research is how the influence of learning styles on learning outcomes of students XA class by applying the skills approach? Specifically, these problems can be formulated as follows: 1) How is the ability of teachers to manage learning by applying the skills approach? 2) How completeness indicators of learning outcomes by applying the skills approach the process? 3) How mastery learning outcomes of students to apply the skills approach the process? 4) How is the learning styles of learners by applying the skills approach? 5) is there a significant relationship between learning styles and learning outcomes by implementing the process skills approach? Goals to be achieved in this study were 1) to describe the teacher's ability to manage learning by applying the skills approach. 2) Describe the completeness indicator learning outcomes by applying the process skills approach. 3) Describe the thoroughness of learning outcomes by applying pendekatn process skills. 4) Describe the learning styles of learners by applying the skills approach. 5) In order to ascertain whether or not the influence of learning styles on learning outcomes by implementing the process skills approach. This type of research is Deskripitif and Associative. Subjects in this study were teachers and learners class XA Catholic High School Sint Carolus Penfui Kupang totaling 30 people. The analysis technique used in this research is descriptive and inferential. Based on the results of descriptive analysis shows that the teacher's ability to manage learning that includes planning, implementation and evaluation, with the average score was 4.00, 3.81 and 4.00. The average proportion of mastery learning outcome indicators 0.83 product, the thoroughness of the process outcome indicators belajajr 0.94, completeness affective learning outcome indicators 0.80 and completeness indicator 0.89 psychomotor learning outcomes. The average proportion of learning outcomes 0.83 product, the result of studying the process of 0.94, 0.86 affective learning outcomes and learning outcomes psychomotor 0.87. Of the 30 students who have auditory learning style 10 learners, visual learning style 10 learners and learning styles kenestetik 10 learners. No significant relationship between learning styles and learning outcomes by implementing the process skills approach seen from simple linear regression equation No significant relationship between learning styles and learning outcomes by implementing the process skills approach seen from simple linear regression equation. From the foregoing, it is said that there is a significant relationship between learning styles and outcomes belajardengan process skills approach the subject matter of the temperature and heat learners XA class Catholic High School Sint Carolus Penfui Kupang Academic Year 2015/2016.
