Abstract

Learning achievement is the result or change in learning achieved and a process that allows the emergence or change of a behavior as a result of the main response. This study is a quantitative descriptive study.The sample used was class XII students for the 2021–2022 academic year, totaling 114 people. The results of the descriptive statistical analysis show that the perception of class XII students of SMK Negeri 1 Kupang on learning achievement is very high (91.49%), achievement motivation is very high (82.14%), learning discipline is very high (81.44%), and experience is very high. According to the findings of inferential statistical analysis, 1) the effect of learning motivation on learning achievement is positive (0.163) and significant (0.036 0.05), and 2) the effect of learning discipline on learning achievement is positive (0.0233) and significant (0.006 0.05).3) The effect of street vendors' experience on learning achievement has not a positive effect (-0.030) and not significant (0.443 > 0.05). 4) There is a positive (0.182) and significant (0.003 0.05) effect of teacher performance on learning achievement.5) The impact of facilities and infrastructure on learning achievement is positive (0.236) and statistically significant (0.000 0.05).(6) Parental support has a positive (0.269) and significant (0.002 0.05) effect on learning achievement. Based on these findings, it is suggested that 1) future research should be able to conduct research on the effects of internal and external factors on student achievement, so that the research results are more comprehensive; and 2) future research should be able to test with a more developed model, so that the research results can provide a more complete picture.
