Abstract

The problems faced by the parish of St. Gregorius Agung Oeleta Kupang is not in possession of a sufficiently accurate information report on the congregation's data to the parish council as a basis for making decisions. To obtain data on these people, the Church also conducts a periodic data collection or census of the people in the region. Unfortunately, the data from the census people are often not well documented. Based on these problems, it is necessary to apply a web-based community data collection system that has a function as a means to accommodate people's data and carry out records that are usually carried out by pastors such as recording parish congregation data, recording family and family members, recording deaths, and weekly announcement information. Where each record can produce reports on the people needed by the pastoral council. This web-based community data collection application can be used to manage people's data, record community sacraments, record family members and record deaths, be able to display a list of people according to family cards and generate reports on family and community cards. With this website-based community data collection application, the congregation's data collection and other records can be viewed by the pastoral council which will be used as a basis for decision making.
