Abstract

This thesis is entitled: The Effect of Good Governance Principles Application on Village Fund Allocation Management in Waiula Village, Wulanggitang District, East Flores Regency. The main problem in this study is how the influence of the principles of Good Governance on the management of Village Fund Allocation in Waiula Village, Wulanggitang District, East Flores Regency. The purpose of this study is to determine the conditions of the application of the principles of Good Governance, to determine the conditions of the management of Village Fund Allocation (ADD) and to determine whether there is an effect of applying the principles of Good Governance to the management of Village Fund Allocation in Waiula Village, Wulanggitang District, East Flores Regency. The hypothesis proposed is that there is a positive relationship between good governance and the management of ADD. This study uses an expansive quantitative method with a survey strategy, data collection techniques used are primary data in the form of questionnaires and observations and secondary data in the form of documents and data. The population in this study were the leaders and employees of the Waiula Village Office, representatives from the private sector, representatives of community groups, and representatives of the Waiula village community, Wulanggitang District, East Flores Regency. The research sample amounted to 30 people. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique. Methods of data analysis using descriptive analysis techniques and correlation analysis (person product moment). Based on the output of SPSS version 20, the analysis of the description of good governance has a total value of 81 and the total value of ADD management is 84, the correlation coefficient (r) is 0.910 and the results of the significance test (2-tailed) are 0.000 (0.000 < 0.01). From these results indicate that there is a significant relationship between Good Governance and ADD management, so that the proposed hypothesis is accepted. The value of this relationship when determined, the coefficient of determination shows the effect of good governance on the management of ADD by 82.8% and on the other side 17.2% the influence of other factors. In general, the independent variable, namely good governance, has a significant relationship with the dependent variable, namely the management of ADD in Waiula Village, Wulanggitang District, East Flores Regency.
