Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is 1) What is the general description of economic growth, unemployment and poverty rates in Ende Regency? 2) Do unemployment and economic growth have a partial effect on poverty in the people of Ende Regency? 3) How does economic growth affect the unemployment rate equally on poverty in Ende Regency? The research objectives are 1) To know the general description of the economic growth of the unemployment rate on poverty in Ende District. 2) To know the effect of unemployment on poverty in the people of Ende District. 3) To know the effect of economic growth, the unemployment rate equally affects poverty in Ende District. This study uses quantitative data types. The sample in this study is data on economic growth, unemployment and poverty in Ende Regency from 2002-2021. Data collection is carried out by documentation and literature studies. This research is then processed using eviews 10 and analyzed Multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed the economic growth variable that the coefficient value was - 0.850565 negligible 5% (t stat -2.0346638 < 2.200) the prob. economic growth value (X1) was 0.0578 and the alpha was 0.05 where the probability value was 0.05 then partially positive and significant effect of the variable economic growth on poverty in Ende Regency. The unemployment rate variable shows a coefficient value of -0.010934 negligent 5% (t-stat - 0.767506.
