Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is 1. How is the implementation of the Family Hope Program in improving the welfare of the community in Karot Village, Langke Rembong District, Manggarai Regency 2. How is the impact of implementation on the community receiving the Family Hope Program in an effort to improve community welfare in Karot Village, Langke Rembong District, Manggarai Regency. Research Objectives 1. To determine the implementation of the Family Hope Program in Karot Village, Langke Rembong District, Manggarai Regency. 2. To find out the impact of implementation on the recipients of the family of hope program in improving the welfare of the community in Karot Village, Langke Rembong District, Manggarai Regency. This study uses qualitative descriptive data types. The technique of collecting data was through interviews with 30 informants who received the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Karot Village. Researchers also conducted observations and documentation. The results of the research are that the stages of implementing the Family Hope Program (PKH) have been in effect according to 1) the program plan with clear goals setting, 2) determining implementation standards, 3) determining the cost and time of implementation, staff, resources, 4) determining the schedule. , 5) conduct monitoring and conduct supervision. The impact of the Family Hope Program (PKH) for the recipient community is to improve welfare, assist the community in meeting the needs of life, the previously poor become empowered, and the fulfillment of health insurance and the quality of education and health for beneficiary families. This proves that the existence of PKH assistance will at least reduce the poverty rate and break the poverty chain. By improving the quality of education and health, it is hoped that the poor in Karot will prosper. Therefore , te suggestion from researchers is that the beneficiaries of the Family Hope Program ( PKH ) should always access education,health and welfare sercive and the funds received must be utilized properly and correctly.
