The results of this study indicate that: The role of PKH Facilitators in the Implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in East Natanage Village, Boawae District, Nagekeo Regency, can be carried out by (1) Resource persons for the community having knowledge about PKH, providing standard information and policy objectives PKH, and provide encouragement or motivators to KPM. (2) Community trainers have an initial meeting and validation, and provide guidance. (3) Community mediators have the ability to solve problems and be able to provide answers or solutions. Factors supporting the role of the PKH co-facilitator in the implementation of the PKH program in the East Natanage Village are the active participation of PKH participants and plastic chair facilities from the East Natanage Village. Inhibiting factors for the role of PKH assistant facilitators in implementing the PKH program in East Natanage Sub-District, aid money was not included in the KKS, KKS cards were blocked, PKH Facilitator services were not fast enough for problems experienced by PKH, KPM was not committed, lack of awareness of KPM PKH for graduation, and lack of technological understanding. From the results concluded, it can be recommended that assistants get closer to KPM so that they can encourage or motivate KPM to use aid money in accordance with the benefits of each component and so that KPM can create or build a business in order to improve KPM's economy. PKH Facilitators are expected to be quicker in responding to complaints or problems faced by each KPM.
