Abstract
It is impossible to stop the world's population from growing quickly, and as it does, the demand for more scarce land will also increase significantly. Similar trends will be seen in Belu Regency, particularly in Atambua City, where the population is expected to continue to expand significantly each year, fueling an increase in the demand for housing and other support services. Additionally, Atambua City will attract extra attention as a border region, which is another reason for this. In order to avoid overusing property and instead become a solution to the issue of limited land, it is required to provide structures that can accommodate services such as houses, offices as activity centers, and malls as entertainment centers in a single strategic region. Using the TECTONIC ARCHITECTURE approach, which can present beautiful and sturdy buildings because these buildings use solid STRUCTURE as an element, researchers are attempting to anticipate land problems that will occur in the future by presenting multifunctional buildings with functions including APARTMENTS, OFFICE RENTALS, AND SHOPPING CENTERS. building design.
