Abstract

This research was written by Miliana Teti Seran (31115131) Development Economics Study Program under the guidance of I Br. Salomon Leki, SE, Mec. Dev and Guide II Mr. Adrianus Ketmoen SE, MM with the research title "Analysis of Capital Influence, Operating Cost, and Selling Price on The Income of Shallot Traders in Oeba Market Kupang City". The purpose of this study is 1) to find out the overview of Capital, Operating Costs, and Selling Price of Shallot Traders' Income in Oeba Market Kupang City.2) to find out the variable Capital, Operating Cost, and Selling Price partially and significantly against the Income of Shallot Traders in Oeba Market Kupang City. 3) to know the variable Capital, Operating Cost, and Selling Price simultaneously and significantly against the Income of Shallot Traders in Oeba Market Kupang City. This study uses Quantitative Data, a type of data that can be measured or calculated directly, in the form of information or explanations expressed by numbers or in the form of numbers. The data source used in this study is primary data that uses a list of questions (questionnaires) with a significant level of 5%. There were 30 samples in this study then processed using Eviews 10 and analyzed using a data panel regression model and inference statistics with four tests namely 1) Classic assumption test 2) Multiple linear regression analysis 3) Hypothesis test 4) Determination coefficient analysis (R2). The results of the study were reported: Capital, Operating Cost, and Selling Price have a simultaneous and signifisn effect on the Income of Shallot Traders in Oeba Market Kupang City, Capital, Operating Costs and Selling Price has a partial and significant effect on the Income of Shallot Traders in Oeba Market Kupang City. With a Goodness Determination Coefficient of fit test (R2) of 0.633954 means that 63.40% of variables bound to The Shallot Trader's Income can be explained by variations in independent variables capital, operating costs and selling price, while the remaining 36.61% is explained by other variables not included in this study. Based on the results of this study it is suggested to traders that in carrying out their business should be more intensive and efficient, because it can increase income as well as improve the standard of life of the Shallot Trader itself.
