Abstract

This research is aimed at knowing the influence of pouring the washing rice waste water on the root length, the plant height, the stalk or stem circle, the amount of leaves, the leaf length and width of the plant of mustard greens (Brassica rapa var. Parachinensis L.). The research was done in Kupang City, Jln. Sumatiro, Kelapa lima, west Oesapa and started in August until October 2022. This research used the method of “Rancangan Acak Lengkap” (RAL) with 20 research unit i.e.4 treatments which were repeated 5 times, 4 treatments consisting of P0 (control), P1 (100 ml of the washing rice waste water), P2 (200 ml of the washing rice waste water), P3 (300 ml of the washing rice waste water). The parameter observed were the root length, the plant height, the stalk circle, the amount of the leaves, the leaf lenght, the width of the leaf, the wet crown weight, the dry crown weight, the wet crown root, the dry crown root. The colected data were analyzed by applying inverstigation method (ANOVA) in order to know whether there is different influence or not and continued by duncan examination by using SPSS program. From the observed research result it is shown that in general all treatments indicate that there is an influence of different every single parameter.
