Abstract

The school building as the main component in the implementation of the teaching and learning process is one of the factors that has a major influence on determining the quality of an educational institution, in this case at the elementary, junior high, and high school levels. In addition, the availability of educational facilities and infrastructure is also a factor that supports the above. As the main component in the implementation of this teaching and learning process, the school building requires periodic maintenance. This study aims to find out how much the weight of the level of damage to each component of the school building and what is the percentage of the level of damage to the Liliba Inpres Elementary school building, Oepura 1 Inpres Elementary School and Sikumana 2 Public Elementary School. The results of the study [1] Elementary School Inpres Liliba the weight of component damage to buildings was 77.78% lightly damaged, and 22.28% were components that were not damaged or were in good condition. [2] Oepura Inpres Elementary School 1 The weight of component damage to buildings is 41.18% with slight damage (RR), 11.76 Moderate damage (RS) and 47.06% are components that are in good condition or have no damage. [3] Sikumana II Public Elementary School, the weight of component damage to buildings is 50.0% for slight damage (RR), 5.6% for moderate damage (RS) and 44.4% for components that are in good condition or have no damage.
