The number of child patients in the Naibonat Community Health Center is increasing from year to year. In 2016 there were 174 people and in 2017 there were 198 people. Diseases that often suffer include diarrhea, malaria, measles, chicken pox, intestinal worms and dengue fever. The limited number of medical staff such as doctors and nurses at the NaibonatHealth Center adds its own problems in the process of health services for the community. As a result, the delivery of health information to parents about children's health, diseases that are often experienced by children, and early prevention is very lacking. The expert system was used in this study to answer the problems faced by the Naibonat Health Center. The method used is Forward Chaining. The expert used in this study was a pediatrician. Development of expert systems using the Expert System Life Cycle (ESLC) method. The system is built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. In this expert system, the system will ask questions that include symptoms as a sequence of checks. After answering the question, the system issues information on the results of the diagnosis in the form of the type of disease, symptoms of the disease, treatment and the solution to the disease suffered. This expert system can make it easier for doctors and nurses in this case the Naibonat Health Center to provide information on children's diseases and how to handle it. Also provide information to the community in the form of diseases that are often suffered by children and how to handle them.
