Simultaneously the number of hotels and the number of tourists significantly influence employment absorption seen from F of 131,217 with sig. 0,000< a = 0,05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Adjusted R-Square value is 0,949, which means that the independent variation, namely the number of hotels and the number of tourists by 94,9% on the dependent variable, namely absorption shows the relationship of independent variables and the dependent variable is very strong. The government and related parties are expected to be able to improve the quality of tourism services and accommodations that are better and more complete so that they can feel comfortable and want to return to our country so that the absorption of labor is increasing.
