Abstract

This thesis is entitled: "Constraints in Population Administration Management in Poco Village, Wae Ri'i District, Manggarai Regency". The main problem in this research is what are the obstacles in managing population administration in Poco Village, Wae Ri'i District, Manggarai Regency? The purpose of this research is to find out what obstacles exist in the governance of population administration in Poco Village, Wae Ri'i District, Manggarai Regency. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Sources of data obtained from primary data and secondary data, data collection methods using observation, interviews and documentation. This study uses governance/village administration management variables in Poco Village, Wae Ri'i District, Manggarai Regency. The results of this study indicate that (1) Apparatus Resources, it was found that the number of employees, dual positions and work mastery had been carried out properly and had also followed the existing regulations. (2) Community Awareness, it was found that village officials often conducted socialization and counseling with the community to discuss the importance of preparing all the requirements needed if they wanted to take care of the letters or files they wanted. (3) Facilities and infrastructure, it is known that the Poco Village Officials have provided the facilities and infrastructure needed by the community, the facilities and infrastructure provided are in the form of computers, printers, TVs, speakers, tables, chairs, cupboards, Wi-Fi, toilets, rubbish bin. Conclusion: Based on the results of data analysis in this study, it was found that the apparatus resources had been implemented properly and had also followed the existing regulations. Community awareness, it was found that village officials often conducted socialization and counseling with the community to discuss the importance of preparing all the requirements needed if they wanted to take care of the letters or files they wanted. At the Poco Village office, Wae Ri'i District, Manggarai Regency, the facilities and infrastructure needed by the community if there is a need at the village office, the facilities and infrastructure provided are in the form of computers, printers, TVs, speakers, tables, chairs, cupboards, Wi-Fi -Fi, toilet, trash can. His advice: There is a need for more thorough and routine outreach and counseling to the community and the use of Poco Village Government facilities and infrastructure gives more freedom for its citizens to use.
