Abstract
Sumlili Village is one of the villages in Kupang Regency which has 8 farmer groups. In the process of determining aid recipients, the Sumlili Village group does not yet have a transparent system, so it has the potential for aid distribution that is not well targeted. Complaints of problems with plants and reporting of production and sales results are still carried out offline, consuming more time and costs. Because of these problems, this study aims to design a website-based monitoring information system for farmer group activities, to facilitate the Department of Agriculture in processing monitoring activities. A Monitoring Information System is needed to support farmer group activities in Sumlili Village as well as to make complaints and report crop yields. The Monitoring Information System is a medium for farmer groups in Sumlili Village to report production and sales results, make complaints about problems with plants and transparent media for submitting proposals for assistance. This web-based system is built using the CodeIgniter 3 framework with the PHP programming language, and uses MySQL as the Database Management System. Based on the results of the research, the Activity Monitoring Information System in Sumlili Village can help Sumlili Village in liaising with the Kupang Regency Agriculture and Food Security Service in terms of monitoring plant growth, reporting on production and sales of farmer groups, as well as assistance with agricultural equipment that is faster and saves time. as well as costs.
