Abstract

Patrisia Novanti Anata (31119053). This research was conducted at the Kupang branch of the Kupang Credit Cooperative. The formulation of the problem in this research is to find out the mechanisme of lending, the amount of credit that is in the sluice Kopdit KSP and efforts to overcome bad credit. The purpose of this study is to find out the tree formulations of the problem above and how the process of solving them is. The data analysis technique, wich explains how the stages of credit in the sluice credit card and all the elements involved in it. From the results of the analysis it can be concluded that the efforts taken by the cooperative if they experience problem loans are by reschaluding and reconditioning. The advice given is that when prospevctive borrowers want to make a loan, the credit department, especially field officer, traces deeper into the background of the member so that during the lending process things do not occur that cause bad credit.
