Abstract

The data processing system at the Congregation of the Sisters of Jesus Maria Joseph (SJMJ) in Jakarta Province is not yet effective because it is still manual. This system resulted in data that could not be updated directly as well as accumulation, damage, and loss of the Sisters' data. This research aims to create an application design that can help process the data of the Congregation of the Sisters of Jesus Maria Joseph (SJMJ) in Jakarta Province more quickly and efficiently. The method used in this research is the waterfall development method. This program uses the programming language PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) and is processed using the MYSQL database. The result of this study is a data processing application for the Congregation of the Sisters of Jesus Maria Joseph (SJMJ) Jakarta Province which makes it easier to collect data on members of the Sisters of the SJMJ Congregation in the Province of Jakarta, community data, data on apostolic work, activities of the Sisters, stages of coaching in Congregation, along with Reports and correspondence in the form of a website application so that members of the Community and the public can easily obtain information that is efficient and fast.
