Abstract

Belu Regency is a district that is directly adjacent to the State of Timor Leste. Where is the border of Mota’ain, besides being a big door for the entry of immigrants, it also becomes one of the tourist attractions for local and foreign residents. In addition to Mota’ain, Belu Regency has quite a lot of tourism places that are spread across several districts. Even this tourist location began to whisper in the ears of outside and inner tourists, but the problem is that many tourists do not know the tourist location, even Belu people themselves do not know the overall tourist location in Belu Regency. To overcome the problem, it is necessary to make a Geographic Information System application location of a web-based tourism place. to find out more quickly and easily information about tourism locations in Belu Regency. GIS is one step in presenting information. The development of soft software used in this system is the waterfall model, and the software used is PHP MySQL for the database and Google Map for map display. This system produces a GIS in Belu Regency that is Web-based which contains information about tourism places in Belu Regency.
