Abstract

Oesoko Village is a village located in North Insana District, North Central Timor Regency which has a population of 1,482 in August 2022 with a total of 366 households. Of the number of households above, there are 56 households that will receive BLT-DD in 2022. The amount of BLT-DD in Oesoko Village is Rp. 300,000 per month or once every three months with an amount of Rp. 900,000 per head of family (KK). So far, the Oesoko Village Government has determined the eligibility of prospective BLT recipients using the MUSDESSUS method, but it has not been on target. Factors that influence the occurrence of these errors are: (1) The process of selecting prospective BLT recipients is still authoritative where in data collection conducted by the local RT head it often happens that only the RT head's family receives BLT even though they are classified as capable. (2) it often happens that people whose names have already been registered as potential recipients of BLT-DD but these people change their domicile. The purpose of this research is to build a Decision Support System using the Web-Based Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The result of this research is a Decision Support System in the form of priority ranking of beneficiary candidates based on the weight calculated using the SAW method. This application program uses HTML, PHP programming and for the database it uses MySQL.
