Abstract

The Ende District Fisheries Service is one of the government agencies that has an important task in the marine and fisheries sector. The Fisheries Service of Ende Regency provides fish farming assistance to farmer groups which is an alternative business development in the fisheries sector. The aid process uses a manual proposal process to determine the beneficiary groups so that it takes a long time and sometimes is not on target in the distribution of the assistance. Therefore, we need a system that can be a solution to this problem which can decide objective beneficiary groups by taking into account all predetermined criteria to help speed up and simplify the decision-making process using the Weighted Product (WP) method.
