Abstract

Francis Xavier Mau, Nim 33118063, with the thesis title “Evaluation of Village Administration and Financial Reporting in Oekmurak Village, Rinhat District, Malacca Regency” under the guidance of Mrs. Rere Paulina Bibiana, SE., M.Sc as supervisor I and Mrs. Maria O. Veronica Moi, SE., M.Sc as supervisor II. The formulation in this study is 1) Is the administration and financial reporting of the village of Oekmurak, Rinhat District, Malacca Regency in accordance with Permendagri No. 20 of 2018. 2) What are the supporting and inhibiting factors in the Administration and Financial Reporting of Oekmurak Village, Rinhat District, Malacca Regency. The objectives to be achieved in this study are 1) to find out that the administration and financial reporting of Oekmurak village are in accordance with Permendagri No. 20 of 2018. 2) to find out the factors that support and hinder the administration and financial reporting of Oekmurak village, Rinhat District, Malacca District. The type of data used in this research is data according to its nature is qualitative data and data according to source is primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique used in this research is collecting data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. Based on the research results, it is known that the Financial Administration of Oekmurak Village is in accordance with Permendagri No. 20 of 2018 concerning village financial management specifically for village financial administration. However, Village Financial Reporting is not in accordance with Permendagri No. 20 of 2018 concerning village financial management, especially village financial reporting, because in the reporting process the Oekmurak village government experienced delays in reporting time. In the process of administering and reporting the Oekmurak Village government has used the Siskeudes application (Village Financial System), so that the village financial reporting process is less than optimal due to the limited human resources of the village apparatus in using Siskeudes. The suggestion from this research is for the central government through the local government to conduct training for Oekmurak village officials regarding the Siskeudes application to the fullest. Meanwhile, for the Oekmurak village government to increase curiosity, it starts from the person of each village apparatus regarding the village financial system.
