Abstract

Dualasi Village is a government agency located in the Lasiola sub-district, Belu district, East Nusa Tenggara province, with an area of 1,284.97 km2. In 2020, the total population of Dualasi Village is 1,942 people, which are divided into 8 RTs and 5 RWs, and have various ethnicities, cultures, religions, social statuses and so on. The community administration service system at the Dualasi village office is currently still implementing a manual data collection and service system, namely by recording and then transferring it to Microsoft Excel/Word which is quite time consuming and slows down work, and people often come to the village office many times to make sure the services they perform have been completed or not. This manual process is considered ineffective because apart from being time-consuming and slowing down work, the risk of loss and damage to documents is enormous. From the existing problems, it is necessary to create a web-based administrative service application using the Waterfall method which can assist the process of administrative services at the Dualasi village office. The application to be built uses the PHP programming language, MySQL as the database server, and JavaScript. The application built is expected to help the secretariat at the Dualasi village office in saving time for data input, data processing and reducing the risk of loss and damage to documents. In addition, the application that was built can help the community not to come to the village office again and again to get administrative services. This application can also display service periodization reports every month, recommendation letters for making ID cards, recommendation letters for making family cards (KK), domicile certificates, birth certificates, death certificates, outgoing residence certificates, incoming resident certificates and letters business permit.
