Abstract

This thesis is entitled Community Satisfaction Index in Public Services in Mainai Village, Wolomeze District, Ngada Regency in 2019-2021. The formulation of the problem in writing this thesis is the extent to which people are satisfied with public services in Mainai Village, Wolomeze District, Ngada Regency in 2019-2021. The theory used by researchers in solving research problems is Public Service and Community Satisfaction. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Types and sources of data are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis phase is carried out by processing the data, organizing the data, sorting it out into manageable units, looking for and finding patterns, finding what is important and what is learned and deciding what can be presented. The results of the study show that (1) the Mainai Village Government in terms of providing public services is always based on laws and/or standard operating procedures. There is a conducive collaboration between internal Mainai Village, related agencies (Dusun and RT), and the community as service recipients. The exact hours of entry and exit at the Mainai Village office are always carried out in accordance with the applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). (2) Availability of available facilities or equipment to support the smooth running of an activity to be carried out. Based on the results of the discussion on the Community Satisfaction Index in Public Services in Mainai Village, Wolomeze District, Ngada Regency in 2019-2021. The author concludes that community satisfaction in public services in Mainai Village, Wolomeze District, Ngada Regency is going well. This is supported by efforts to optimize service performance that is able to answer the needs of the community.
