Abstract

This thesis is "Implementation of the Health Social Security Administration Agency (BPJS) Program (Case Study of BPJS Management at the Sikumana Health Center, Kupang City)". As for the problem in writing this thesis is "How is the Implementation of the health BPJS Program at the Sikumana Health Center, Kupang City"? The purpose of this study is to describe the Implementation of the BPJS Kesehatan Program in Sikumana Health Center, Kupang. City This Study used a qualitative descriptive method which used data collection tecgniques through interviews and obdervation. The results of the study show that the Implementation of the Health Social Security Administrative Agency (BPJS) Program has for (4) indicators, namely (1) communication, information delivery and program makers to the BPJS Health implementing apparatus and the consistency of the information conveyed (2) Resources, availability of resources in implementing a program is one of the factors that must always be considered. The resources in question are adequate staff and facilities (3) Disposition of bureaucratic appointments and incentives for Sikumana Health Center employees in running the BPJS Program so that it can be implemented properly. (4) Bureaucratic structure, standard Operational Procedure (SOP) for the Sikumana Health Center in the process of implementing the health BPJS Program. Based on the result of the study, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Health Social Security Administrative Agency (BPJS) Program has been carried out well. But there needs to be a better follow-up.
