Abstract

Thesis with the title The Effect of Organizational Culture, Work Motivation and Leadership Style on Employee Performance of PT Pelindo Kupang Branch with Job Satisfaction as Mediation. Yohanes Antonius Ndeok NIM: 811212020. Under the guidience of Dr. M. E. Perseveranda, SE, M.Si, and Dr. Simon Sia Niha, SE, M.Si This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of organizational culture, work motivation, and leadership style on employee performance of PT Pelindo Kupang Branch with job satisfaction as mediation. The research method used in this research is quantitative research method path analysis approach with the help of SmartPLS ver 3 software, The population in this study were 88 respondents. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture has a significant effect on job satisfaction at PT. Pelindo Kupang Branch, work motivation has an insignificant effect on job satisfaction at PT. Pelindo Kupang Branch, leadership style has a significant effect on job satisfaction at PT. Pelindo Kupang Branch, organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Pelindo Kupang Branch, Work motivation has an insignificant effect on employee performance at PT. Pelindo Kupang Branch, Leadership style has an insignificant effect on employee performance at PT. Pelindo Kupang Branch, Job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Pelindo Kupang Branch, Job satisfaction mediates the effect of organizational culture, work motivation, and leadership style on employee performance at PT. Pelindo Kupang Branch.
