Abstract

The research aims to determine the comparison of the accessibility index of public transportation to online transportation and private vehicles from Alak sub-district and Kelapa Lima sub-district to the regional general hospital (RSUD); and knowing the minimum mobility index value for the district. Alak and Kelapa Lima headed to the Johannes Kupang regional general hospital. The research method is a comparative survey method. The number of research subjects is 3 consisting of public transportation, online transportation and private vehicles. Data collection techniques, sampling techniques, documentation and survey results in the field. The results of the research show that in terms of public transport research subjects, online transportation and private vehicles are not much different or relatively the same, meaning that the route traveled in terms of distance, travel time and cost is considered high in terms of the accessibility index so that there is a high increase in mobility and is sufficient to fulfill both form sub-district Alak and sub-district Kelapa Lima. Futhermore, the results of the minimum value category for the Accessibility index show that the average distance from Alak sub-district ranges from 0,7-0,8% in the high category, the time index is at 1,0% in the very high category and the cost index is at 0,6% in the medium category; while Kelapa Lima sub-district, in terms of the distance index, is at 0,6% with the medium category; in terms of the time index, it ranges from 0,5-0,6% in the medium category; and in terms of the cost index it is at 0,4% in the medium category. The results of this test are supported by comparative research theory that compares accessibility, namely distance, time and cost; and Mobility (road infrastructure).
