Abstract

Research with the title "The Influence of Parir Development, Human Resource Competency, and Human Resource Information Systems on the Performance of BPJS Kesehatan Ambassadors Kupang Branch, Mediated by Job Readiness" by Vicktor Jandry Marunduri Registration Number 811211063, under the guidance of Dr. Henny A. Manafe, S.E, M.M and Dr. M.E. Perseveranda, S.E,M.Sc. This research aims to find out an overview of Career Development, Human Resource Competency, Human Resource Information Systems, Job Readiness, and Performance of BPJS Kesehatan Ambassadors Kupang Branch. The sample in this research consisted of 36 respondents, the type of research was quantitative research, the type of data used was primary and secondary data, and the data analysis techniques were descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. This type of research is Quantitative Research. The population in this study were permanent employees of BPJS Kesehatan Kupang Branch with a total of 36 people. In this research, the sampling technique was carried out by surveying permanent employees at BPJS Kesehatan Kupang Branch. The results of descriptive statistical analysis show that the performance of the Kupang Branch Office BPJS Kesehatan Ambassador, job readiness, career development, human resource competency, and human resource information system is very good. The results of inferential statistical tests show that career development, human resource competence, human resource information systems, and job readiness have a significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, career development and human resource competency variables also have a significant effect on job readiness, while human resource information systems do not have a significant effect on job readiness. Job Readiness Capability, Career Development, Human Resource Competency, and Human Resource Information Systems on Employee Performance is 70.6% and the remaining 29.4% is explained by other factors not examined in this research. Career Development Capability, Human Resources Competency and Human Resources Information Systems on Job Readiness is 91.1% and the remaining 8.9% is explained by other factors not examined in this research. Based on the research results obtained, it is recommended that the management of BPJS Kesehatan Kupang Branch, improve career development, human resource competency, human resource information systems, job readiness, and performance of BPJS Kesehatan Ambassadors Kupang Branch. For other researchers who will examine employee performance at BPJS Kesehatan Kupang Branch, it is recommended to include other variables.
