Abstract

A construction project is a series of activities that are only carried out once and generally have a short term. In its implementation, a project requires good project management so that it can meet three criteria, namely right cost, right time and right quality. Right cost means that there are no additional costs from the planned costs that have been budgeted. The object of research is the planned cost budget for the Road Improvement project Melolo- Watupuda, Umalulu District (DAK Assignment) and is based on the main factors in changes in production of labor and equipment. The way to increase production is by using a 2% percentage change rate method with 2% intervals. The problem is how changes in production of labor and equipment relate to coefficients, project costs and project profits and this research aims to obtain the magnitude of changes in coefficients, project costs and project profits due to changes in production of labor and equipment. If production is low then the resulting resource coefficient project costs will increase and profits will decrease and vice versa. If production increases, the coefficient of resources produced will decrease. Project costs will decrease and profits will increase. If production is reduced by -20%, then the workers' coefficient will increase by 7,888 hours, the craftsman's coefficient will be 2,366 hours, the foreman's coefficient will increase. changed to 0.7889 hours. And the water tank coefficient changes to 0.0477 hours. if labor production decreases by -20%, there will be an increase of 0.59% with a change in costs to Rp. 4,592,335,278.24 and if production increases +20% then there is a decrease of -0.36% with a change in project costs reduced by Rp. 4,547,549,602.61 If labor production decreases -20% then profits also decrease by 0.401% with a change in profit of Rp. 273,515,096.09 and if production increases +20% then profits also increase by 0.2605% with a profit change of IDR 575,494,141.00 based on the objectives to be achieved by the research and calculation analysis carried out, it is recommended that in calculating the cost of each project for each work item and the profits from the project, it is best to pay attention to the precise calculation of production from resources. For calculations of project costs and profits, you must be more careful in calculating the unit price analysis because it really influences the project costs and project profits. For those who want to do further research , this research can be used as a reference and comparison material using different RAB data.
