Abstract

The research and development center for herbal plants needs to be carried out in a vehicle or container that is adequate from various aspects. The relationship between the facilities at the research center and the development of herbal plants needs to be regulated so that they are sustainable with each other. Building construction materials at the center for research and development of herbal plants must be adjusted. Utilities and sanitation in facilities must support the functions of the herbal plant research and development center. The site pattern must be set so that not everyone can access it directly or indirectly. A design approach that includes visual comfort and minimizes negative impacts on the surrounding environment in accommodating the activities of the research and herbal plant development center in Kupang City. JoThe application of green architecture to the environment can be done with the following efforts: Planting several shady plants around the building, creating a cool and healthy air climate for surrounding life, the environment looks calm, because some vegetation can be used as a noise barrier and as herbal plants. The feasibility analysis discusses testing the level of urgency and feasibility of developing the Herbal Plant Research and Development Center area with a "Green Architecture" approach in Kupang City."
