Abstract

A project is an interrelated activity or event starting from planning, organizing, encouraging and controlling which is carried out to achieve goals and produce results within a predetermined time period. A project is considered successful if it achieves a desired goal with the available resources. and can be utilized to the maximum extent possible. In construction, labor and tools do not work individually, but they work in groups to complete a job together. The meaning of working together is that in the same time, they produce the same amount of work (production). If the production produced by labor and tools is different, then the amount of production that is most likely to be carried out together is the smallest production ( minimum). In the research, the data used is secondary data taken from CV. Bina Karya, namely data on the Budget Plan (RAB) for the Oeperigi-Haekto, TTU road improvement project in 2022. The problem is how much the completion time, project costs and profits will be. project due to minimum production differences between labor and equipment and this research aims to determine the amount of completion time, project costs and project profits due to minimum production differences between labor and equipment. Minimum production differences cause differences in completion time. In selected embankment work items from excavation sources, the completion time according to labor production is 0.51 days and the minimum production used is 205.03 m3. an is 1122.55 m3 while the completion time according to minimum production equipment is 2.78 days. Minimum production differences cause project costs to change. In the excavation work item for drainage ditches and water channels, the project cost according to the project contract value is IDR 12,898,491.44 and the project cost according to the minimum labor production is IDR 12,900,539.42. This shows that there was an increase of 1.00% of the initial project costs. The initial project profit was IDR 1,289,849.26 and the profit according to the minimum production of labor was IDR 1,287,801.16. There was a decrease in profits of 1.00% from the initial project profit. This is due to changes in project costs that occur due to changes in production. The start of production changes affects coefficients, project costs and ultimately profits. based on minimum production of labor is different from profit based on minimum production of equipment here because production differences cause coefficients to change, project costs to change and profits to change.
