Abstract

In carrying out health service activities, Puskesmas is one of the important components in realizing quality Puskesmas services. Delha Health Center management still uses a manual system where if we register we still write in a patient registration book, so that if many patients register then the queue does not become according to the rules and usually in searching for patient data the officer takes a lot of time which is still looking for the patient registration attendance book so that service becomes slow. This research uses the Waterfall method, Codeigniter Framework and MySql Server database to create a web-based Puskesmas service application that is maximized and can be allocated at the Puskesmas. The results of this study to overcome the problems that occur at the health center, an application is needed to help work so that registration services become more effective and efficient. So that there is no disorderly queue in searching for patient data so that patient data and the necessary data can be controlled.
