Abstract
Data management at the Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM) Widya Mandira Catholic University previously still faced several challenges, including deficiencies in evaluating proposals, monitoring progress, and conveying the latest information. These problems include a lack of facilities for reviewers to assess research proposals, as well as a lack of access to the latest information regarding research results, announcements and invitations from LPPM. To overcome this problem, a research and community service management information system was developed at Widya Mandira Catholic University using the PHP programming language, PHPMyAdmin database, and waterfall development method. This system aims to facilitate the research and service submission process, provide the latest information to users, and assist in assessing and monitoring proposals. The use of this system is expected to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of LPPM's work, make it easier for lecturers to submit proposals, and increase awareness and participation of the Unwira community towards activities carried out by LPPM. Thus, the development of a research and community service management information system provides significant benefits for the entire academic community involved in research and service activities at Widya Mandira Catholic University.
