Abstract
Arni Alberth Tonubadu ( 811211006 ) Master of Management Study Program with the research title 'The Influence of Work Culture, Work Environment and Work Discipline with Work Motivation as an Intervening Variable in the Production Department of PT. Batutua Tembaga Raya, Wetar Island, Southwest Maluku Regency”. This thesis is guided by Dr. M. E. Perseverenda, SE., M.Si as Supervisor I and Jou Sewa Adrianus SE, MM as supervisor II. This research aims to find out (1) how the description of work culture, work environment and work discipline affects the work motivation of employees in the production department of PT. Batutua Tembaga Raya (2) Is there an influence between work culture, work environment and work discipline on the work motivation of employees in the production department of PT. Batutua Tembaga Raya (3) Is there an influence between work culture, work environment and work discipline on the performance of employees in the production department of PT. Batutua Tembaga Raya (4) Is there an influence between work motivation on the performance of employees in the production department of PT. Batutua Tembaga Raya (5) Is there an influence between work culture, work environment and work discipline on employee performance through the work motivation of employees in the production department of PT. Batutua Copper Raya The method used in this research is a quantitative approach with field studies. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation techniques. And the data analysis techniques used in this research are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions The research results show that there is (1) a positive influence between Work Culture (X1) on employee performance (Y). There is an influence between work culture (X1) on work motivation (Z). There is a positive and significant influence between the work environment (X2) on employee performance (Y). There is an influence between the work environment (X2). on work motivation (Z). There is a positive and significant influence between work discipline (X3). on employee performance (Y). There is a positive and significant influence between work discipline (X3) on work motivation (Z). There is a positive and significant influence between work motivation (Z) on employee performance (Y).
