Abstract

Research Title: "The Influence of Servant Leadership of the School Principal, School Culture, Teacher Discipline, and the Implementation of the Merdeka Mengajar Platform on the Performance of Elementary School Teachers in the 1st Generation Mover Group in Kupang City." By Damianus Iku / Student ID 811211010. The research supervisors are Dr. Ruminah, MM and Dr. Samuel Igo Leton, M.Pd. This study aims to investigate the influence of the mentioned variables on the performance of 1st Generation Elementary School Teachers in Kupang City. Statistical testing methods assisted by SPSS for Windows software were employed to analyze the acquired data, with a significance level set at 0.05. The statistical test results are as follows: 1) The achievement indicators for the variables of Servant Leadership of the School Principal, School Culture, Teacher Discipline, Implementation of the Merdeka Mengajar Platform, and the Performance of 1st Generation Elementary School Teachers in Kupang City reached 86.62%, categorized as "Excellent."; 2) The Influence of Servant Leadership of the School Principal on Teacher Performance shows a significance value of 0.000, smaller than the set alpha level (0.05). Thus, the hypothesis stating "Servant leadership of the school principal significantly influences the performance of 1st Generation Elementary School Teachers in Kupang City" is accepted; 3) The Influence of School Culture on Teacher Performance indicates a significance value of 0.082, bigger than the set alpha level (0.05). Therefore, the hypothesis stating "School culture significantly influences the performance of 1st Generation Elementary School Teachers in Kupang City" is rejected; 4) The Influence of Teacher Work Discipline on Teacher Performance shows a significance value of 0.055, bigger than the set alpha level (0.05). Thus, the hypothesis stating "Teacher work discipline significantly influences the performance of 1st Generation Elementary School Teachers in Kupang City" is rejected; 5) The Influence of the Implementation of the Merdeka Mengajar Platform on Teacher Performance shows a significance value of 0.001, smaller than the set alpha level (0.05). Hence, the hypothesis stating "The platform significantly influences the performance of 1st Generation Elementary School Teachers in Kupang City" is accepted; 6) The significance for the influence of servant leadership of the school principal (X1), school culture (X2), teacher discipline (X3), and the implementation of the Merdeka Mengajar platform (X4) is 0.000 < 0.05. This research provides a significant contribution to understanding the factors influencing the performance of elementary school teachers, assisting school decision-makers, and offering guidance for more effective educational policies.
