Abstract

Infrastructure development (Dams, Roads, Buildings, Ports and Airports) as one of the massive works carried out by the government today. Bendubgab Rotiklot is located in Fatuketi village, Kakuluk Mesak District, Belu Regency, the purpose and purpose of the construction of the Rotiklot Dam in this Regency is the provision of irrigation water in rice fields, the provision of raw water for clean water of 40 liters / second, flood control and new paratourism areas around the location of the Rotiklot Dam. This study aims to analyze back (Back Analysis) to determine the safety figures of the dam and seepage discharge on the Rotiklot dam body. Universally, a dam is a building built across the river, so that the river level rises to a certain height, so that water from the river can be flowed into agricultural land. The data needed to analyze is in the form of soil parameter data, dam geometry data and dam technical data. The results of geoslope analysis showed that the amount of seepage that occurred in cut B in flood water table conditions was 8.2197e-05 m3 / Sec / m2 while the minimum safety factor occurred in cut C in flood water table conditions of 1.716. The safety factor and seepage discharge meet the criteria referring to SNI 8460:2017 and the applicable restrictions in Japan (Japanes Institute Of Irrigation and Drainage 1988). Thus the Rotiklot dam is said to be safe.
