Abstract
One of the characteristics of asphalt mixtures is that they use aggregates that have good potential in the composition of the mixture. In implementing construction projects, local aggregate materials are generally used, namely aggregates from river stone. Quarry Nunura's local aggregate is aggregate that comes from one of the areas in Holsa Village, Maliana Sub District, Bobonaro District which has quite large natural resource potential in the form of stone and sand. Therefore, to find out the Marshall value of the local Nunura quarry aggregate with an anti-stripping agent, it can be used as a thin layer mixture for HRS-WC asphalt concrete (Lataston) and produce a good quality mixture so that it can meet the specified specifications. Based on the results of research on the potential of Nunura Quarry Local Aggregate with Anti Stripping Agent in HRS-WC Asphalt Concrete Thin Layer Mixtures conducted at the East Nusa Tenggara Provincial Laboratory, it can be concluded as follows: The physical properties of Nunura Quarry Local Aggregate meet the requirements with a wear value of 24.85%, where the wear test results for the Nunura Quarry Local Aggregate have a wear value below the specified wear value of 40%, thus the Nunura Quarry Local Aggregate can be used for the HRS-WC lataston mixture. Marshall test results on the HRS-WC asphalt mixture without Anti Stripping Agent obtained a stability value of 1099.41 kg, a density value of 2.281kg/cm3, a melting or flow value of 3.23 mm, a Marshall quotient (MQ) value of 340.48 kg/mm, the void in mix (VIM) value is 3.98%, the void the mineral aggregate (VMA) value is 17.45%, the void filled with asphalt (VFA) value is 77.17% and Marshall test results on the mixture HRS-WC asphalt with Anti Stripping Agent has a stability value of 1180.79 kg, a density value of 2.281kg/cm3, a melting or flow value of 3.45mm, a marshall quotient (MQ) value of 342.38kg/mm, a void in value mix (VIM) is 3.92%, the void the mineral aggregate (VMA) value is 17.43%, the void filled with asphalt (VFA) value is 77.52%. All marshall parameter values meet the 2010 Bina Marga specifications.
