Abstract

Research entitled "The Influence of Leadership Style, Job Satisfaction, and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance at Honda MPM Motor Kupang Dealership" by Marchi Rocister Nabuasa, NIM 811212041,supervised by Dr. Simon Sia Niha,SE,M.Si and Dr.Stanis Man, SE,M.Sc. This research was conducted due to the decreasing performance of Honda MPM Motor Kupang Dealer employees and also to determine the influence of Leadership Style, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment simultan eously and partially on employee performance as seen from the Quality and Quantity of employees. The techniques used in collecting data were questionnaires and interviews. The questionnaire used in this research was 36 questions, where Employee Performance was 10 statements, Leadership Style was 10 statements, Job Satisfaction was 8 statements and Organizational Commitment was 8 statements. Interviews are used as a complement to researcher data, such as conditions and comfort employee. The results of descriptive statistical analysis stated that the achievements of the Leadership Style indicators (82.32%), Job Satisfaction (84.71%), Organizational Commitment (83.68) and Employee Performance (79.8%) were in the good category. The results of inferential statistical analysis (t test) show that Leadership Style, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment partially have a positive and significant effect on employees performance. The results of the F test value also show that the independent variables Leadership Style, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment (3.608, sig 0.033 < 0.05) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employees Performance. The results of the Coefficient of Determination (R2) show that the three independent variables contribute 80% on employees performance while the remaining 20% is contributed by other variables which are not included in this research. Based on the research results, it is recommended for every leader to provide any supports to employees to work more innovatively in accordance with increasingly developing technological developments. Employees are also need to have any couraged to maintain quality leaders, works with satisfaction with the results of the work they do, and have a commitment to carrying out the responsibilities they have given and always try to make a comfort zone on their works and take a part in constructive training.
