Abstract

This research aims to plan and design a resort hotel in the natural tourism area of Lake Rana Mese by applying an ecological architecture approach. This approach emphasizes the principles of sustainability and environmental conservation in building design and resource management. The research methods used include field surveys, literature analysis, and case studies of similar projects. The results of this research include the planning and design of a resort hotel that considers the utilization of renewable energy, waste management, the use of environmentally friendly materials, and integration with the surrounding ecosystem. It is hoped that the planned and designed resort hotel will make a positive contribution to the Lake Rana Mese natural tourism area and serve as an example for the development of sustainable tourism development in the sector.
