Abstract

The result of this study is to determine whether there is influence of the Question Student Have (QSH) towards mathematics achievement of high school students. The sample in this study is the two eleventh grade science students, consisted of 23 students. The data used in this study is taken from the result of pretest and posttest of the class experiential with setting interactive learning cooperative. Data was analyzed using SPSS version 22.0 and manual analysis. Prior to testing a hypothesis, a prerequisite test was conducted, which is a normality check for pretest and posttest data. The data obtained from the preetest analysis result was Asymp.Sig.(2-tailed)=0.78>0.05 and D_count=0.16<0,27=D_tableThus H0 accepted and the data were normally distributed. While the data obtained from the posttest was Asymp.Sig.(2-tailed)=0.20>0.05 dan D_count=0.14<D_table=0.27 Thus H0 accepted and the data were normally distributed. Hypothesis testing using a paired sample test, after the data were analyzed the result was .(2-tailed)=0.000<0.05 and t_count=12,377>2.074=t_table, then H0 is rejected. Therefore it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of Question Student Have on mathematics achievement of junior high school students . These results of this study indicated the use of question student have effect on matematics achievement of high school students. Therefore, the authors suggest for teachers to use question student have (QSH) on learning in the classroom in accordance with the material to be taught.
