This research aim to study coastal resource optimal impact in the form of effort fishery, effort livestock., environmental exploitation. To prosperity of fisherman in coastal countryside of belu regency, as model management of compatible coast resource. This research conducted in coastal countryside of belu regency, population research consist of 25 coastal countryside in six district. Intake of fisherman sampel conducted with stratified random sampling method. Amount of responder counted 200 spread over fisherman by porposinal in25 coastal countryside. Collected by data is primary data and sekunder data, in doing with observation technique, documentation and interview. Analysis data use structural equation model (SEM) base on AMOS. In general result of analysis indicate date prosperity of fisherman determined by sea fish arrest, livestock conducting, environmental exploitation. Statistically the effort done livestock by fisherman give contribution is signifikan to prosperity of fisherman compared to the effort fish arrest and environmental exploitation effort. This result indicate that, storey level depended fisherman to livestock enough signifikan to the make-up of prosperity. From result of research, hence suggested that in coastal management require to be considered by other resource which can give contribution to prosperity of fisherman. Require to be considered, and ability habit of fisherman in the effort improving prosperity.
