Abstract

ABSTRACT According to the Big Indonesian Dictionary (KKBI), a high school is a university that provides scientific education and/or professional education in a particular scientific discipline. Meanwhile, based on RI government regulation No. 4 of 2014, high schools are universities that provide vocational education in a particular science and/or technology group and if they meet the requirements, high schools can provide professional education. The Pancasila Rays Teacher Training and Education College aims to produce trained and qualified educators, so that in the long term it is hoped that education will progress further because it has a team of qualified educators in their fields. knowledge and skills, physical and spiritual health, a stable and independent personality and a sense of social and national responsibility. And education is the main key to success that is beneficial for the nation. In advancing education, the main thing that must be reviewed is the availability of educational personnel, namely teachers. Therefore, we need an institution that can produce educational staff, one of which is the Sinar Pancasila Betun Teacher Training and Education College (STKIP). Currently the Sinar Pancasila Betun Teacher Training and Education College has four study programs including: Primary School Teacher Education (PGSD) study program, History Education study program, Geography education study program, Indonesian language education study program. Malaka Regency is one of the districts/cities in the province of East Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia. In the development and utilization of facilities and infrastructure, one of them is the provision of the Sinar Pancasila Betun Teacher Training and Education College which provides a platform for improving the intelligence of people's lives in Malacca Regency. It is hoped that with the design and planning of the Sinar Pancasila Betun Teacher Training and Education College in Malaka Regency, it can become an educational facility, a place of knowledge that can improve educational services in Malacca Regency. This is to create adequate educational personnel according to the needs of Malacca Regency in order to promote and make the nation's education a success. planning and designing the Sinar Pancasila Betun College of Teacher Training and Education with the theme Modern Architecture. Modern architecture is a term given to a number of buildings with a characteristic style that prioritizes simplicity of form and eliminates all kinds of ornamentation. This planning and design uses modern architecture where the shape and appearance of modern architecture are geometric and easily recognized forms, simplicity, purity. Neatness and precision of form and appearance are characteristics and concepts of modern architecture.
