Abstract

Learning with the Discovery Learning approach is a learning approach that provides learning experiences for students to construct their knowledge through scientific activities. The main problems in this study are: (1) What is the responsive attitude of students in learning activities by applying a discovery learning approach to the subject matter of hydrocarbon compounds class XI IPA Private High School Sta. Familia Sikumana Kuapang Academic Year 2022/2023? (2) What are the learning outcomes of students by applying a discovery learning approach to the subject matter of hydrocarbon compounds class XI IPA Private High School Sta. Familia Sikumana Kuapang Academic Year 2022/2023? (3) How is the relationship between students' responsive attitudes towards learning outcomes by applying a discovery learning approach to the subject matter of hydrocarbon compounds class XI IPA Private High School Sta. Familia Sikumana Kuapang Academic Year 2022/2023? The objectives of this study are: (1) To determine the responsive attitude of students in learning activities by applying a discovery learning approach to the subject matter of hydrocarbon compounds class XI IPA Private High School Sta. Familia Sikumana Kuapang Academic Year 2022/2023? (2) To determine the learning outcomes of students by applying a discovery learning approach to the subject matter of hydrocarbon compounds class XI IPA Private High School Sta. Familia Sikumana KuapangAcademic Year 2022/2023? (3) To determine whether there is a relationship between students' responsive attitudes towards learning outcomes by applying a discovery learning approach to the subject matter of hydrocarbon compounds class XI IPA Private High School Sta. Familia Sikumana Kuapang Academic Year 2022/2023? Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that: (1) the responsive attitude of students in class XI IPA SMA Private Sta. Familia Sikumana Kuapang for the 2022/2023 Academic Year is classified as very good with an average percentage of 82%. (2) the learning outcomes of students by applying the discovery learning approach to the subject matter of hydrocarbon compounds class XI IPA Private High School Sta. Familia Sikumana Kuapang The 2022/2023 academic year is classified as complete with an average score of 84. (3) There is a strong relationship between the responsive attitude of students to learning outcomes by applying the discovery learning approach to the subject matter of hydrocarbon compounds class XI IPA Private High School Sta. Familia Sikumana Kuapang Academic Year 2022/2023 with an rxy correlation coefficient value of 0.42.
